Size: 10 mm (plus)
Date found: March 20, 2025
Habitat: Unmown leveling area planted with bushes and small trees
Location: Near Nuremberg, approx. 320 m above sea level

Hi Bernd, looks like the basicosta is black - from what I see further, perhaps a female
P. labialis.

thank you for determination.
I think it fits. The fly was sitting on dry dog poop.
