Is it possible to name this, weird looking, Tephritidae from Mongolia?

Platystoma possibly soosi Kriv. 1996. I am going to see the paper and type tomorrow. The work and condition of the type are really lousy, but perhaps...

Not yet, I was generally very busy the last week with photos and stacking at the collection, but this week work with DB and texts from home. Perhaps the next week.
