Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Fannia manicata, male, was Anthomyiidae ?

I know, that's the evergreen question ;)
Approx 6 mm, Heron (Belgium) March 3 2008

I would not have shown this one, but for the rather conspicuous comb on the fore tibia, which I have never seen before...
