Perhaps not the best photos for identification purposes, but could they be Drosophilidae?
Rome, Italy, 3 mm.

Appears to be. Should be
Lordiphosa
(former subgenus of
Drosophila
), either
L. fenestrarum
or
L. andalusiaca
.
