But no common one. Looks like Macronychia, which attacks nests of Hymenoptera in wood.

So i guess a 100 pct ID is impossible ?
Sarcophagidae sp. or Macronychia sp. ?

I am quite sure it is a male Macronychia.
Impossible to go any further. Difficult genus.
