Observation: https://waarneming.nl/observation/336391858/

I believe this is one of the species with presutural acrostichals present? Wondering if this could be Phaonia gracilis?

Never mind about Phaonia gracilis, I believe the pre-alar is far too short for this one.

It might rather be, P. rufipalpis but I have a hard time identifying the palps (which should be completely reddish yellow):

Arista with longer hairs than its basal diameter, presutural acrostichals not strong and pre-alar much shorter than the 2nd notopleural, abdomen ground color, scutellum mainly in ground color, legs (except tarsi) reddish-yellow, longest hair of arista longer then the width of the 3rd antennal segment

The palps here are black.

Thank you very much, than I am sure what the palps are here :)

Would you also say that the pre-alar (red) being much shorter than the 2nd notopleural (green)? If I even got the correct hairs...
