Hi
I have these specimen that I have reared from larvae from fermented meat. It was found in meat hung up for drying in the winter. The meat was drying in storehouse with same temperature as outside. This is what happens when the temperature raises in the winter.
It was captured in the Faroe Islands (NE Atlantic).
We have a couple of Phoridae species here. Mainly Megaselia spp.
Is it possible to get this to species level. If not which other parts do I need to cover (male genitalia not included;))
