Hello,
In the south of France on 23 April 2024.
The body is barely 1.5 mm long.
I noted that
Macrodiplosis pustularis and
roboris lay on Quercus.
Could this female, which seems to lay on the back of a white oak (
Quercus pubescens) leaf, belong to this genus?
Thank you for your help with the identification

It is a female in supertribe Cecidomyiidi.
Macrodiplosis belongs to that supertribe.
