Hi,
I found this one in Abomey-Calavi near Cotonou.
Could it be Telostylinus lineolatus?

Hi,
could it be Chaetonerius apicalis?

Because no other genus of Neriidae is known from sub-Saharan Africa I assume you have some species of Chaetonerius. Your fly has 2 pairs of dorsocentrals, dark femora, and a yellow fore coxa. Aczél's (1954) review of Neriidae of the Belgian Congo stated that Chaetonerius apicalis specimens with fewer than 4 pairs of dorsocentrals do not have the femora entirely dark. The other common species C. latifemur has the fore coxa brown. But according to the Manual of Afrotropical Diptera Aczél's color characters are not reliable.
