It flew away before making pictures from other sides, but I still wonder if anything could be said about this one (even family). Was thinking
Chloropidae subfamily
Oscinellinae, but it does not really key out to anything.

Chloropidae, Oscinellinae, male of Oscinella maura (Fallén, 1820), treated in the past in the genera Oscinis, Chlorops, Oscinisoma, and "Oscinosoma". Junior synonyms: Chlorops albiseta Meigen, 1830 and Chlorops fumipennis Meigen, 1830. About 300 references to maura and many more to the two synonyms are presented in the databases https://sdei.senckenberg.de/tschirnhaus-chloropidae/ and https://sdei.senckenberg.de/tschirnhaus-bibliography/ Host plant is Cocksfoot or Orchard grass, Dactylis glomerata.
