I spotted this fly in Germany Baden Württemberg in October near water. Is that Tipula luteipennis?

I'd vote for a female of Tipula paludosa, as the wings are distinctly shorter than the abdomen. It is an autumn species. However, the leading edge of the wing (cell c) could be a little darker...
