On Rubus leaf. The wing veins are difficult to see, so not expecting much.

Having not the best pictures (added some extra), I tried to key this one.

I believe this is one of Limnophorini (subfamily Coeosiinae). Further ID requires the hairs beneath the cubital node, but I believe to be one of Limnophora. Possibility L. triangula (though the expected 3 stripes are hard to see, if at all).

Not much more to go on sadly.
