I spotted this 4-5mm fly on my house wall on 09.10.2024 in Germany, Baden Württemberg. Can the fly be identified?

Thank you and best regards
Bernd

Hello,

what about Palloptera quinquemaculata? Wing markings and some other details seem to fit better.

Minettia has two strong reclinate fronto-orbital bristles, long, parallel ocellar setae, and a postsutural intra-alar bristle in front of the postalars. Palloptera quinquemaculata has one strong fronto-orbital bristle, divergent ocellar setae, and no postsutural intra-alar.
