Hello,

can someone confirm or correct me?
Using an online key (https://sites.google.com/view/mikes-insect-keys/mikes-insect-keys/keys-for-the-identification-of-british-true-flies-diptera/key-for-the-identification-of-british-rhinophoridae) I would go with Rhinophora lepida. A female because the abdomen is completely black, without any white.

Measured size: 4 mm
Northern Germany, Hildesheim, on noise barrier, 28.09.2024

Thank you in advance,
Stephan
