Very small fly (?) with long legs. No idea of family.
Sorry for the poor quality of the phone image!
Taken in Portugal, September, near the coast.

Looks like a plume moth (Pterophoridae) to me, but I'm certainly not an expert! So, other opinions are welcome :-).
