Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Syrphidae ID -> it´s Stratiomyidae

hello, I found this Syrphid in Bavaria, Germany....is there anyone who can help me to make an ID?

from pictures in gallery it looks the most like Xylota spec, but the legs are all yellow, except the very front. Eyes are greenish, it was about 15 to 20mm long.

Hello, it's a female Sargus bipunctatus, Stratiomyidae.
