Photographed this morning in Zhejiang China. The fly was observed resting on the leaf underside of Japanese Hops (Humulus scandens ) near a river. Tachinidae? Or something in the Family Sarcophagidae, rather? Thanks in advance.

I am leaning towards Tachinidae because (1) the bend in vein M is closer to the wing margin than in Sarcophagidae, (2) the pattern of pollen on the abdomen is more typical of Tachinidae, (3) the acrostichals are strongly developed.
