No trouble:
5.3-8.2 mm
Dark, but yellow: antennal base, often postpronotal calli and abdomen (variable), legs except tarsi
2-3 strong pre acr, 3 post dc, calypters & halteres pale
female: frontal vitta with crossed interfrontals
probably Palaearctic June - October
