Photographed this morning in a rice paddy in Zhejiang China. Very small, within 2mm in body length, I suppose. Could it belong in the Agromyzidae family? Thanks!

Probably Pseudonapomyza asiatica Spencer 1961, in the book AGROMYZIDAE (DIPTERA) OF ECONOMIC IMPORTANCE (1973), Spencer presents this species as a probable pest on rice. The species is known from Cape Verde Islands, Ethiopia, Kenya, Oman, South Africa, Tanzania; Israel, Saudi Arabia, China; India, SrĂ­ Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Singapure; United States; Hawaii, Guadeloupe, Costa Rica and Venezuela.
