I have tried the keys in Collin's book but can't get to a species, nor match it to any of Collin's illustrations.

As usual I forgot to say the specimen is in alcohol so the colours may differ from in life.

Subfamily Clinocerinae. Except for one American genus, Hemerodromiinae have swollen fore femora.

Kowarzia bipunctata perhaps

Thanks. Yes, I agree K. bipunctata. It has the comb on the front femora. A section has broken off the penis so that is why that doesn't match the Collin's figure. Though I can't find the V-shaped structure on the inside of the lamella as in Collin's fig. 314c inset.
