In North America we would call it a Panzeria, at least until the Ernestiini are formally split up.

Here in Finland we have separately Panzeria-genus with three species: P. puparum, rudis and vagans.
Complicated :)

Sorry to disagree with Jaakko, but all hairs in occiout are yellow and vertex is too broad: to me female anthophila. YES, i am know, some dsuting in fourth tergite is present, shouldnt be, but s/this hapoens in females.
