Hi Bart, it looks very much like the male Oxycera meigenii and it looks only slightly different from the male in "The Book" (Zeegers, Schulten (2022): Families of Flies with Three Pulvilli) - but I cannot tell if the pattern is in the range.

DzieƄ dobry Bart! The pic is ok - it's more my problem: I do not know, if the pattern is ok for O. meigenii (I do not know the species and I couldn't find reliable images in the web to support the ID.
So hopefully we'll get a comment from the authors of "The Book".
