Hello,

I photographed this fly in the Black River Gorges National Park, Mauritius, 650m a.s.l. on April 20th 2024. I think it is a Muscidae, but is it possible to identify its genus or species from these photos?

Thank you in advance,
Emanuele

Thank you! It seems like a good option, unfortunately I wasn't able to find much information about the species of this genus in the Mascarenes.
