Hello,
this Phoridae sat on the bark of our walnut tree in Hannover, Germany on 27 May waving its wings - 30 cm above ground. Can it be determined?
Thank you in advance,
Hans

P. berolinensis or
delageae. A view of the extended ovipositor needed for full ID.
