Hello Günter,

the reddish frons indicates Anthomyiidae. It never occurs in Muscidae.

Ok, so the photo on the German Wikipedia-page is wrong, because that one looked very similar and has a red frons (https://en.wikipe...trivittata)
Could it be the Anthomyid Hylema vagans/nigrimana?.

that photo definitely also shows a female Anthomyiid.

Maybe... But Anthomyiidae can generally only seldom be identified after a photo. And I am no expert...
