The wing venation and general appearance do look like Muscidae, but I don't know the Spanish fauna very well. The darkened cross-veins and the strongly tesselated abdomen suggest a Phaonia to me.
Let's see what Stephane, Kahis or Nikita have to say.:)

Muscina have bare eyes. The angle of view is not practical, but this should be Phaonia with such head profile.
