Hello everyone !

I pictured this specimen in Belgium on 2019-05-18 in my garden.

Using Tschornig kIs it a female or a male ???

To make the difference between species, Tschornig speaks of "4th Wing edge section" ... does he speak of R4 ???

In this context I would Flügelrand as costa. See figure 118 for the sections of the costa.

Tschorsnig wrote in German, yiurs is the translation by Chris Raper.

This is a male with strong apical scutellars, so definitief NOT Phorocera.

Could it be Parasetigena silvestris one old Phorocera that has crossed apical scurellars bristles ?
Measured on picture : 8mm
I found pictures validated on waarnemingen.nl … and here !
