Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small fly, no idea

Yesterday I photographed this small (appr. 4-5 mm) fly in our garden at Leerdam, Netherlands.
I do not really have an idea about its identity. Could anyone help? The photos are of a rather poor quality, I'm afraid.

Looks like Coenosiini tribe (Muscidae), probably
Coenosia itself.

It is a problem without visible setae. It could be also Lispocephala? (L. erythrocera in the gallery looks similar in overall view).

You are right, Martin. It is almost certainly
Lispocephala erythrocera.

I first thought to
Lispocephala, but since the mid and hind femora seemed orange to me, I fell back to
Coenosia. But the season, and the posture speak more for
Lispocephala, it's true. The picture fooled me.
