I seem to recognize a typical Bombyliidae wing pattern, correct. During my excursion in the Omani dessert near Salalah/Oman, I found several Bombyliidae. Do have names for them? Thank you so much!
This one is from 21-SEP-2023 from irrigated farmland 400m above sealevel. Very sunny, difficult to take pictures with enough contrast.
