Micropezidae. Many species of subfamily Taeniapterinae have such wing markings.

Many thanks! I've found Taeniaptera trivittata as a very good match, including the annulations in legs. It can be assumed to be this species?

That species is North American. It has a close relative
T. lasciva in the tropics. The general color pattern, with multiple wing bands and pale bands on the hind femora, is found in other genera too.
