Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Phoridae?

Hello!

This 4-5 mm fly was running quickly on a tree trunk in our garden yesterday (Ostwestfalen/Germany). Is it a Phorid?

Thanks, Paul! I have always difficulties to tell them apart from Sphaeroceridae (especially when the wing venation is not visible).
