Quito botanical garden, Ecuador. 29th September 2023.
Tried to find it by myself but I was unable. There is a revision of neotropical Syrphini but not available online. F. Martin Brown collected extensively material of Syrphidae from Ecuador but I also didn'f found a way to email him. So maybe in this forum I can obtain some help to find the species.
