Greetings, I think this is Dasysyrphus tricinctus male. Though the antennas are quite unclear in your picture, they seem to be too short for Chrystoxum. Additionally, I have seen this abdomen pattern with two yellow spots on the tergite 2 in D. tricintus at least once https://www.fotonet.sk/?idp=137214&loc=2&page=1 . I think, in the northern countries it is mor common.

Not a Chyrsotoxum. Antennae should be longer! I agree with Matej. :)
