Thread subject: Diptera.info :: To which family this small fly belongs?==> Diastata costata

I found this fly walking around on a leaf of Heracleum sphondylium. The dark front margins of the wing stood out. Looks like Drosophila or Palloptera: can anybody help me to identify? Thanks!
