Hello,

a tiny (~2.5 mm) male in our garden (northwest Germany). A Callomyia (elegans?)?

I cannot see the fore tarsi, so I'm not sure if it is the male Agathomyia antennata - vein R1 without a row of spines?

Hello Eric,

thanks a lot! Unfortunately I have no better photos. This tiny critter was very difficult to photograph. It was ceaselessly running around fast.
