I'd expect to see a sharper angle in vein M and stronger abdominal bristles in Lucilia - I think it is probably Neomyia too.

Neomyia cornicina or Neomyia viridescens?

I think there are only 2 Species of Neomyia in Europe, according to Fauna Europaea.
