Photo was teaken yesterday in Giethoorn (Netherlands) and the sice was about 10 mm.

Mayby only the Familie name ???

Yes, it is Heleomyzidae, looks Tephrochlamys to me.

Perhabs Tephrochlamys tarsalis?

I think Andrzej can tell more.

This fly (T.tarsalis)seems much!
I have also looked at your photo's on waarneming.nl, he seems the same.

Hi Joke,

These flies are quite difficult to seperate.
The fact that they 'look similair' is not a good evidence.

I am not familair with all other Teprhochlamys sp.!
