It seems that you have the specimen in hand, correct?
Try to check Phaonia nymphaearum

Thank you for your answer. Yes, I have realized that it is important to collect flies for a correct determination.;)
As for P. nymphaearum, this should have a longer costal spine (about twice as long as cross-vein r-m). The fly I collected doesn't have this - so I don't know...
