Muscidae is correct.
May be some Helina...

I'd say
Helina clara, with 3 spots beyond the suture, abdomen yellow and mediterranean habitat.

Helina clara is the correct ID, I think this
one could show the male.

Thank you Stephane, when I posted this thread I already suspected that these two flies belonged to the same species.
