Today in the kitchen.
Possibly Drosophila subobscura ?
Cuise-La-Motte (Northen France) - 16-01-2023 - 3 mm

Possibly... It is a female of Drosophila obscura group. Fore tarsi of male should be studied in order to get safe determination to species.
