I am an amateur and very puzzled. Is it possible to explain what makes it Heteromyza and not Tephroclamys? I would be very grateful to find out.

also looking for that difference, but it should be Tephrochlamys (with 2H)

Yes of course. The subcostal cell very long extening behind anterior crossvein, thin gena and wholly black antenna.
