Hi Raimo, I think it's a female Thelaira nigripes.

Thelaira has strong crossed bristles near the apex of the scutellum (typical of Dexiinae), discals on tergites 3 and 4, and a less rounded bend in vein M.

Hi Raimo, with John's hints in mind I've tried to key your fly again but I'm not really sure if it occurs in Finland: Atylostoma tricolor?
