Another Hydrotaea sp? Species level ID maybe not possible, but please cofirm the genus.

Hind tibia seems curved and ventraly hairy, so H.ignava the most common. I don't know have you another Ophyra in Hungary.
In Russia Sochi region there are also aenescens and capensis, but much less common, especialy H.capensis. H.aenescens has somewhat greenish shining, not deep bluish, like this one.
