Germany, Baden-Württemberg, district Karlsruhe, Karlsbad-Spielberg; meadow at the edge of the forest, ca. 8 mm long, 16.08.2022; What fly could that be? Thanks for the help

Well it is 8 mm and check the orange hairs on pleura ….
