Hubneria affinis male

I had a look at the species decription and H. affinis is supposed to have yellow palps, which on this specimen (Photo 2) look black.

Ah, you are right. Prooppia (formerly Phebellia) nigripalpis has erect scutellars as well. Nomen est omen.
