Is this fly a Muscidae and can it be determined from the photos?
Location: Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, Garden in Krefeld-Uerdingen, size approx. 8 mm

Hi Jürgen, it's a male Stomorhina lunata, Rhiniidae (was Calliphoridae).
