Hi everyone,
a while ago, I found these pupal skins sticking out of a piece of wood (a ring of a stem, but the bark was already removed so I couldn't tell the tree species any more). After consulting on the Dutch forum of waarneming.nl, it soon became apparent that they belonged to Asilidae, and I suspect that it is Laphria flava. Is this correct? Or maybe actually a Choerades sp.?
