Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Bellin (east of Kiel), way between a mixed forest and a pasture, where is a small pond nearby, at a leaf of Rubus sp., 28th of May 2022, (Photos: kuv).
Is my idea - after looking in the Diptera Gallery - ok? Please help to get the ID.

This is (almost certainly) a female of Geomyza balachowskyi. In G. hackmani the abdomen is normally not banded and the post-scutellum is dark.
