Can someone suggest a family, subfamily, genus, species for this fly? Not easy I guess, but any ideas are welcome.

Only as an idea:
If I had this fly pinned, I'd check pra seta, if pra is unusualy long and strong - it is Eutrichota, Anthomyiidae.
