Is this a Dilophus febrilis?
Location: Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, garden in Krefeld-Uerdingen, size approx. 6 mm

Not with long antennae. Possibly Sciaridae ?

In America we put the longhorn genus Hesperinus in Bibionidae, contrary to European custom.
